Under the leadership of Head Chef Zoran Pavlović, Restaurant Regius’s culinary offerings are based on a fusion of classical techniques and a modern approach. His focus is on tradition, preparing local dishes with contemporary interpretations while respecting seasonal ingredients, flavor balance, and the authenticity of each recipe. After completing his studies in Hotel and Tourism Management in Opatija, Zoran has spent over 25 years independently working in gastronomy and hospitality management. Every dish that leaves his kitchen carries the mark of expertise, precision, and a clear vision, with no compromise on quality.
